NOC Services is designed to bring sanity and profitability to your Managed Services program. Our team of skilled engineers will properly configure your RMM software and perform 24x7 monitoring/remediation of all alerts. NOC Services is a subscription service with a flat monthly fee that helps you control the cost to deliver Managed Services.
Together Help Desk and NOC Services will give you increased capability without having to hire additional staff. Existing clients are fully managed 24x7 and you can decide how to invoice the client: Managed Services or simply add up all of the time shown on tickets and invoice the client at your normal hourly rate. You have the flexibility to market, brand and deliver the services in any manner you choose.
We have been working tirelessly to improve NOC Services over the past few months. We’ve lowered our prices across the board, reduced ticket escalation rates and upgraded the reports for resellers and clients. Time tracking has been added to all tickets, so resellers can invoice their break/fix clients for work performed by the NOC team.
