We believe that communication is a key aspect of any successful partnership. We provide direct, anytime communication between you and the NOC engineers using email, live chat or the comments feature of our ticketing system. All communication is recorded and available for review in the NOC Services Portal.

Ticketing Systems

You can leverage your existing PSA system to create or update tickets with information required by the NOC engineers. All ticket updates are fully synchronized in real time. Tickets can be created and updated in any supported ticketing system.

Email Support

You may contact the NOC engineers via email with simple inquiries. Cloud Services provides a single, unified email address for all communications with the Cloud Services Depot NOC engineers.

If selected, existing tickets will send updates to you via email. You can simply reply to the email and the content of your message will be added to the ticket comments/notes section.

Live Chat Support

Live Chat Support provides resellers with secure, direct access to the NOC Services Team. All conversations are secured using SSL-based encryption and resellers may select to receive an email copy of the transcript.

Account Management

Cloud Services Depot assigns a dedicated account manager to each reseller. Account managers are the primary contact person for all services provided by Cloud Services Depot. Account managers will help resellers gather the required information about the client’s environment and then coordinates the setup, implementation and management of NOC Services on behalf of the reseller.

Located in Los Angeles, California, Account managers are responsible for ensuring your ongoing satisfaction and they are highly motivated to see that your needs are met. The Account manager’s goals are: to anticipate your needs, to understand your challenges and to resolve your issues. He/she will listen to your concerns, get answers to your questions and will come to understand what it takes to become your advocate at Cloud Services Depot.
