NOC Services - RMM Support

Cloud Services Depot provides resellers with an unlimited amount of resources to support their clients through the use of highly skilled engineers specializing in application, operating system and infrastructure support. All engineers are trained to support multiple reseller platforms, including many popular Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions.

Cloud Services Depot is a vendor-neutral company that works with several technology vendors. Resellers are free to use any RMM platform with the Cloud Services Depot’s NOC Services. Cloud Services Depot supports the following RMM platforms:

  • Kaseya VSA
  • Labtech Software
  • Level Platforms - Managed Workplace™
  • ManageEngine®
  • LogMeIn® Pro

All ticketing information will be synchronized between the reseller’s RMM platform, PSA software and the Cloud Services Depot NOC Portal. This proprietary close-loop ticketing process developed by Cloud Services Depot allows resellers to view labor utilization rates, calculate end-customer billing and other MSP management functions in a single application.

The NOC Services team also uses a sophisticated Incident Distribution and Management System (IDMS) and advanced technical support databases to seamlessly integrate a virtual support solution with your Managed Services program. Using automated tools and robust ITIL-based processes, NOC Services offers resellers a flexible solution to meet the needs of resellers today and tomorrow.
