The Reseller Portal is simple, secure and intuitive. Managed Services Providers may create unlimited administrator accounts using flexible, role-based security.
- Flexible Client Setup
- Setup and track clients with extraordinary ease and detail. Multi-level grouping allows Managed Service Providers to customize the level of detail on a client-by-client basis. Quickly and easily work with single or multiple servers and workstations, even across multiple clients.
- Managed Services Reports
- One of the most important aspects of Managed Services is communication to your client. Cloud Services Depot provides detailed reports with scheduled email delivery that will show your clients their systems are proactively managed. Using our pre-defined Managed Services reports, your clients will always know the value of your service.
- Volume Discounts

Unlike most volume pricing programs, Cloud Services Depot volume discounts are calculated using the total number of service subscriptions purchased for all clients. This pricing model rewards the Managed Services Provider for adding new customers as well as helping their existing customers grow.
Cloud Services Depot is committed to the channel and serves a wide range of IT companies, including Managed Services Providers (MSP), Value-Added Resellers (VAR), IT Consultants and independent IT professionals. Cloud Services Depot will never sell directly to end-users.
Cloud Services Depot does not offer a reseller or affiliate program. All of the Cloud Services Depot services are intended for resale by IT Professionals, with or without added value such as labor, expertise or some other type of consulting.
The Cloud Services Depot services are only available via a month-to-month agreement. The Cloud Services Depot services are delivered through a flexible, On Demand platform.
Yes, Cloud Services Depot offers one of the most aggressive Service Level Agreements in the Managed Services industry.
Cloud Services Depot offers unlimited telephone, email, and live chat support from our offices in North America. Technical support is available 24x7 for all resellers, including resellers using a free trial account.
Cloud Services Depot also provides all training and support materials to configure, implement and support your clients. Managed Services Providers can access our On Demand video training library, technical documentation and forum at no additional cost.
The Cloud Services Depot Reseller Portal and Kaseya applications are hosted and managed by Cloud Services Depot, Inc. Learn more about Cloud Services Depot's Data Center.
The Cloud Services Depot Reseller Portal is the web-based framework that combines all of the Cloud Services Depot services into a single, easy-to-use Administrator interface. Administrators log in to the Cloud Services Depot Portal to easily access all of the applications and services.
The Cloud Services Depot Portal provides one-click access to many 3rd-party services using Cloud Services Depot's secure Single-Sign-On capability. The Cloud Services Depot Portal is also the location for IT Providers to managed their team of administrators, technicians and consultants.
An unlimited number of administrative and technical accounts can be created for any application including the Cloud Services Depot Portal.
After the free trial period has expired or if you wish to purchase additional licenses, you will be invited to convert your free trial to a paid subscription. During the conversion process, you will be asked to input the number of subscriptions for the service. The first charge is based on these selections and additional services will be charged immediately on a monthly basis.
Reseller First Charge - After the free trial period has expired or if you wish to purchase additional licenses, you will be invited to convert your free trial. During the conversion process, you will be asked to input the number of subscriptions for each Cloud Services Depot service. The first charge is based on these selections and additional services will be immediately charged to the credit card on file.
Reseller Monthly Charge - Every month on your billing date, you will be charged in advance based on the current service subscriptions listed in your account.
Cloud Services Depot does not require a contract. Customers are not under an obligation when registering for the free trial other than consenting to the license agreement and terms of service.
Cloud Services Depot does not require any term commitments. All services are paid in advance and sold on a month-to-month basis. Customers can cancel their account at anytime.
