Encino Terrace Center is a six-story office building in the heart of Encino, California. The inviting office plaza and the 15 landscaped terraces create a park-like setting along famous Ventura Boulevard. The magnificent lobby is noted for its marble corridors and extensive interior landscaping.

The Encino Terrace Center is close to the Ventura (101) and San Diego (405) freeways and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and financial institutions along Ventura Boulevard; including the Sherman Oaks Galleria.

Directions:

From LAX

Board the I-405 northbound. Exit at Ventura Blvd. Turn left onto Sepulveda and left onto Ventura Blvd. Cloud Services Depot will be on the right in just under a mile.

From Burbank Airport

Head south on N Hollywood Way for 3 miles. Turn right at W Alameda Ave and merge onto the CA-134 westbound. Merge onto the US-101 north (west) and exit at Haskell Ave. Turn left at Haskell Ave and then turn right onto Ventura Blvd. Cloud Services Depot is just ahead on the right.

From San Diego

Head north on the I-5. Merge onto the US-101 north. Exit at Haskell Ave. Turn left at Haskell Ave and then turn right onto Ventura Blvd. Cloud Services Depot is just ahead on the right.
